Our Grand Opening celebrations continued with a fantastic wine tasting event on Wednesday, February 12th, and it was an evening to remember! From 4-7pm, guests at Spirit Shop of Annapolis enjoyed a curated selection of exceptional wines, hosted by the wonderful team from Winebow.com. Here's a recap of the delightful wines we featured:

Featured Wines:

🍇 Pratsch Gruner Veltliner :

An herbal, fresh, and spicy wine with notes of white pepper, apple, and citrus. This certified organic wine, sourced from various organic single vineyard sites near Retz in the Weinviertel, was a hit among attendees.

🍑 Heinz Eifel Mosel Riesling: 

This delicate yellow wine exuded flavors and aromas of peaches and citrus. Young, fresh, and fruity with a crisp acidity, it left a lasting impression on our guests.

🌸 Mirabeau Forever Summer Rosé: 

A pale rosé with cherry, almond flower aromas, and lovely white peach flavors. Its light and refreshing profile made it a favorite for many.

🍷 Chateau de Fontenille Bordeaux Cabernet Franc :

A vibrant red wine made exclusively from Cabernet Franc. This wine stood out for its pure fruit flavors and subtle, light profile, delighting wine lovers seeking something unique.

🍊 The Vice Gewurztraminer Orange Wine :

Exotic and flamboyant, this wine roared out of the glass with sweet notes of mandarin, lychee, pink grapefruit, and rose. The dry, long-lasting finish with lime rind essence and orange Curaçao peel captivated our guests.
