February 11th was a day to remember at Spirit Shop of Annapolis! Our customers enjoyed a special tasting event featuring 818 Reposado Tequila and Sprinter Vodka Soda. The atmosphere was lively and spirits were high as we explored the unique flavors and qualities of these exceptional beverages.

818 Reposado Tequila

Description: 818 Reposado Tequila is a beautifully aged tequila crafted with care. Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, it's aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of two months. The result is a smooth, rich tequila with a balanced profile of flavors. You'll notice notes of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of spice, making it perfect for sipping or mixing into your favorite cocktails.

Recipe Ideas:

1. Classic Margarita

   - 2 oz 818 Reposado Tequila 

   - 1 oz lime juice 

   - 1 oz agave syrup

   - Salt for rimming (optional) 

   - Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

   - Rim your glass with salt (if desired) and fill with ice.

   - Combine tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup (or use Fresh Victor Lime and Agave Mix for a fresh and easy option) in a shaker with ice.

   - Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.

   - Garnish with a lime wedge.

2. Reposado Old Fashioned

   - 2 oz 818 Reposado Tequila 

   - 1/4 oz simple syrup 

   - 2 dashes Angostura bitters 

   - Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:

   - In a mixing glass, combine tequila, agave syrup, and bitters with ice.

   - Stir until well chilled.

   - Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

   - Express the orange peel over the glass and drop it in for garnish.

Sprinter Vodka Soda

Description: Sprinter Vodka Soda is a refreshing and convenient ready-to-drink cocktail. Made with premium vodka and carbonated water, it offers a crisp, clean taste with just the right amount of bubbles. It's an ideal choice for those who enjoy a light, low-calorie beverage with no added sugars or artificial flavors. Perfect for any occasion, Sprinter Vodka Soda is a go-to option for a quick and satisfying drink.
