This exclusive single barrel is hand selected for its exceptional character and flavor.
HISTORIC-INSPIRED MASH BILL
51% Yellow King Corn, 30% Red Fife Wheat, 19% Danko Rye. 100% organic & non-GMO heirloom grains grown locally in Maryland.
FERMENTED 3 DAYS
Using modern turbo yeast in limited oxygen fermenters for maximum esters and incredible aroma.
TRIPLE DISTILLED
Through a German copper hybrid still for a smooth finish while retaining incredible grain flavor.
AGED 4 YEARS
In new 30-gallon American white oak barrels with a medium (Level 3) char. Hand selected for its excellence.
